Halton Healthcare in Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse to enhance the patient experience for oncology patients. The role focuses on advocacy, education, coordinating care and facilitating access to services during treatment and follow-up.
You will perform symptom management, data reporting, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safety and compassionate care. A Baccalaureate in Nursing and active RN license in Ontario are required; outpatient oncology experience is preferred.
