As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will collaborate with physicians and clinic staff while working autonomously to provide excellent nursing care. You will administer medications, collect blood samples, and educate patients about their treatment cycles.
Your role is pivotal in maintaining clinical standards and conducting continuous quality assessments for ideal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and collect blood samples
• Educate patients on self-injections and treatment cycles
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients
• Communicate with team members and coordinate care
• Provide emotional support and grief counselling for families
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Life Sciences preferred
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
• 2-3 years of experience in medical/fertility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
