• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a cGMP environment
• Hands‑on experience with QC/QA processes for reagents, consumables, or IVD‑related manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Development teams

• Execute QC activities including incoming, in‑process, and final inspections, batch record review, and product release
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Development teams to define inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality controls
• Lead and support investigations including OOS, quality incidents, and CAPAs related to manufacturing processes and products
• Establish and improve QC processes, work instructions, supplier quality activities, and Materials Review Board operations

• Play a key role in building the QC foundation for a growing biotech manufacturing operation
• Influence how products scale from early development to clinical and commercial use
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams shaping real‑world diagnostic products

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is 50,000– 60,000 per year CAD
