Are you excited about building quality systems that directly impact patient care? Join an innovative biotech organization where you’ll help establish and scale Quality Control processes for reagents and consumables as the company moves from prototype through clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Who you are Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a cGMP environment
Hands‑on experience with QC/QA processes for reagents, consumables, or IVD‑related manufacturing
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skills
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Development teams
What you’ll do Execute QC activities including incoming, in‑process, and final inspections, batch record review, and product release
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Development teams to define inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality controls
Lead and support investigations including OOS, quality incidents, and CAPAs related to manufacturing processes and products
Establish and improve QC processes, work instructions, supplier quality activities, and Materials Review Board operations

Compensation Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is 50,000– 60,000 per year CAD . Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
