Elevate AML processes at Canadian Tire Bank as a Quality Assurance Analyst focused on oversight and compliance. This role is hybrid, requiring four days on-site in Oakville, Ontario.
As a member of CTB’s AML team, you'll conduct quality assurance on investigations and regulatory reporting. You will assess investigative decisions, ensuring they align with regulatory standards and internal controls. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in coaching investigators and recommending enhancements to AML processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of AML investigations
• Review Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for accuracy
• Guide investigators through feedback and coaching
• Analyze QA findings to address systemic issues
• Contribute to training content development
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years in AML/ATF/Sanctions
• Proficient understanding of regulatory requirements
• Experience performing independent reviews
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Collaborative mindset and interpersonal proficiency
