This role at Ford’s Oakville Assembly Complex involves leading cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. As a key player in warranty analytics and quality control management, you will analyze daily reports, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. You will apply engineering principles using the Ford Production System to support exceptional vehicle quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze warranty claims and develop resolutions
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement on manufacturing processes

• Support ISO compliance and internal auditing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing
• Must work all shifts as needed
• Knowledge of lean tools and quality management methods
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
