Quality Assurance Technician

Position: Thermon Quality Assurance Technician Role
Enhance operational excellence at Thermon as a Quality Assurance Technician. Focus on inspections, compliance, and documentation in a manufacturing-focused role.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for various QA activities, including preparing inspection test plans and performing inspections. You will work in a supportive role, ensuring that all company standards are met while promoting a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute inspections throughout the production process

• Create and manage quality documentation like test reports

• Evaluate and maintain test data accuracy

• Report urgent quality or compliance issues

• Uphold safety standards per established regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education; QA experience is a plus

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of pressure vessels an asset

• Proficient with inspection tools and Microsoft Office

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
