As the UX Research Lead, you'll establish and oversee IPEX's UX Research function, driving user insights throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch. This strategic role also involves mentoring the UX Research team while applying advanced research methodologies for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and conduct user research initiatives across product lines
• Execute mixed-methods research to address design queries
• Manage and improve the performance of UX Researcher reports
• Define project scopes and recommend resourcing assignments
• Coordinate participant recruitment and track research sessions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of qualitative and quantitative research experience
• Master’s degree in social science, human factors, or similar
• Expertise in selecting and applying diverse research methods
• Experience with user-centered design and analysis
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams
