• Lead the store’s operations and focus on delivering tangible business results.
• Provide leadership and coaching on the sales floor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual presentation in line with CHANGE corporate standards.
• Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with CHANGE standards.
• Maximize sales and productivity; ensure efficient execution in line with company policies.
• Cultivate a positive environment for clients and staff; champion teamwork and personal development.
• Actively contribute to the sales team by showcasing outstanding sales and people skills.

• Minimum of three years of experience as a retail sales manager.
