As a Sampling Ambassador at Healthy Planet, you’ll be the friendly face that turns curiosity into confidence. Whether you’re sharing the latest health-forward snack or highlighting a trending supplement, you’ll help customers discover new favorites through interactive demos that educate, inspire, and delight.

• Host in-store product demonstrations with a focus on nutritional benefits and wellness outcomes.
• Offer personalized, in-the-moment guidance to customers seeking natural health support.
• Deliver accurate product information, answering questions with warmth and expertise.
• Encourage trial through sampling, promotions, and wellness storytelling.
• Set up, organize, and maintain demo stations across 2–4 store locations.
• Prepare materials, samples, and product displays according to brand standards.
• Ensure demos are aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, or seasonal focus.
• Track and report customer engagement, product feedback, and sales performance.

• Collaborate with store teams and category managers to align on scheduling, inventory, and demo priorities.
• Stay current on new products, wellness trends, and company initiatives.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting space before, during, and after each demo.

• Completion of required Lessonly training modules
• Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
• Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP, RHN, or equivalent) or actively pursuing certification.
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail, demos, nutrition coaching, or product education.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for engaging the public.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Sales and customer service mindset with a focus on wellness.
