Having Smart Serve Certification, along with experience in cash handling and point of sale systems, is advantageous. A flexible schedule will be key as you support team efforts throughout varied shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction
• Guide customers in their purchases and product details
• Aid in processing shipments and merchandising efforts
• Handle cash drawers with accuracy and balance
• Adhere to Health and Safety protocols
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Must possess Smart Serve Certification
• Familiar with Windows applications like Word and Excel
• Ability to work diverse schedules including weekends
• Physically capable of lifting 40lbs regularly
