Position: Full Time Cashier at Big Bear
Become a key member of Big Bear's team as a full time Cashier. This role involves friendly customer service, cash handling, and maintaining a clean workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.

Big Bear is hiring two full-time Cashiers for 35-40 hours per week. In this customer-facing position, you will serve the public with a respectful attitude while using discretion to assess customer eligibility for service. Your responsibilities will also include stocking shelves and ensuring a sanitary workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Deal with cash and debit transactions on a POS system

• Stock shelves and manage incoming inventory

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas

• Use smart serve practices to assess customer eligibility

Requirements:

• Must be 19 years or older

• Reliable and punctual in attendance

• Ability to serve vulnerable populations effectively

• Experience with liquor sales is an asset

• BARS training considered beneficial
