At The Wine Shop, we value individuals dedicated to guest satisfaction and service excellence. Candidates must possess two years of customer service experience and a Smart Serve Certification. A background in handling cash and POS systems is a plus, along with flexibility to work at various times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
• Guide customers with product choices and information
• Assist with merchandising and stock shipments
• Accurately manage cash and balance the till
• Follow Health and Safety rules in the store
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Must hold Smart Serve Certification
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Knowledge of Windows applications
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly
