Seasonal Assistant Manager at Indigo

This fixed-term role involves running daily store operations, conducting inventory counts, and replenishing stock. As an Assistant Manager, you'll help curate personalized product collections and embody Indigo's High Performance Characteristics while engaging customers. A focus on safety and accountability will also be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations before and after closing

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage product returns

• Create visually appealing product displays using merchandising standards

• Engage with customers on the sales floor and provide tailored experiences

• Respond promptly to customer feedback and questions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in specialty retail preferred

• Willingness to adapt and learn new skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely

• Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends

• Bilingualism is required in Québec, other languages a plus
