Position OverviewThe Clinical Sales Specialist serves as the clinical and technical expert supporting the sales of Siemens Healthineers Molecular Imaging solutions, including SPECT and PET systems. This role partners closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing clinical expertise, customer education, solution development, and project support.
The successful candidate is a collaborative, customer-focused professional who takes ownership of projects from opportunity identification through completion and is passionate about advancing molecular imaging technologies.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Support- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales process to identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Provide comprehensive clinical and technical expertise related to Molecular Imaging products and applications.
- Conduct clinical site visits and customer assessments during the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with Nuclear Medicine Physicians, Technologists, Physicists, Administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Present product solutions, clinical benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Assist in preparing system configurations, quotations, and responses to RFPs and technical questionnaires.
- Support project planning, forecasting, and successful execution of sales opportunities.
- Develop customer-specific presentations and clinical business cases.
- Perform workstation and software demonstrations.
- Support applications specialists and field service teams in resolving customer product-related issues.
- Collaborate with Product Management and business unit teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Represent Siemens Healthineers at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
- Degree or Diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- Strong clinical knowledge of both SPECT and PET imaging modalities.
- Ability to understand customer clinical workflows and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience working with Nuclear Medicine departments and clinical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
- Knowledge of Computed Tomography (CT) imaging and hybrid imaging systems.
- Experience in clinical applications, customer education, or product training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine and/or Molecular Imaging.
- Experience in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or commercial support roles.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, conferences, and industry events across the assigned territory.
