Spanning Central and Southwestern Ontario, our services are customized to respond to the dynamic and evolving security needs of both private and public sector clients.

These include uniformed guard, mobile response and support services, by‑law enforcement and identification services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES

Deliver superior customer service to both employees and clients.

Communicate professionally and empathetically via phone and email.

Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.

Coordinate and schedule security personnel as needed.

Oversee coverage and deployment of ad‑hoc guards.

Apply critical thinking to make sound, independent, and timely decisions.

Effectively manage high‑pressure situations with composure.

Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in problem‑solving.

Exhibit exception attention to detail and accuracy.

Show initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.

Prioritize tasks efficiently and resolve issues proactively.

Conduct mobile dispatch operations with precision.
