Your role will involve great communication skills and attention to detail every shift.
This opportunity requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual. As a Security Concierge, you will provide information, maintain guest privacy, and ensure safety protocols are upheld. You will also manage communications and act calmly in emergencies to support residents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with information and directions
• Ensure safety and access control at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors
• Manage and screen messages for effective communication
• Perform routine patrols and document occurrences
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in Business/Hospitality or Security Foundations is valuable
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed
