Job Description

Security Guard Group is currently seeking reliable and professional full‑time contract security guards in Oakville, Ontario. This position is for the duration of the project only with an opportunity to transfer to a permanent position. All applicants must own a vehicle.

• Patrol assigned premises on foot and by vehicle.
• Safely operate a company vehicle during shifts.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unlawful activity.
• Monitor property and report incidents accurately.
• Remain alert and attentive while standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Prepare detailed written reports and incident documentation.
• Use security‑related technology and reporting tools effectively.

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification from a WSIB-approved agency.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Own a vehicle to use as a shelter.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Ability to work independently during the day and night.

• Shift length: 12‑hour night shifts.
