Protect Ford’s Oakville Assembly Complex through site security, vehicle inventory control, and workplace patrols. Operate monitoring equipment and manage access onsite.
As a Plant Protection Officer, you will support Ford Motor Company policy compliance across the Oakville facility. Responsibilities include access control, report writing, telecommunications, conflict management, and security monitoring. This supplemental, non-permanent vacancy requires dependable coverage across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure security of site and vehicle inventory
Conduct workplace patrols across the facility
Control access to the Oakville site
Write accurate security reports
Operate radios, alarm systems, and monitoring equipment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid Class G Driver’s License
First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
Availability for all shifts and up to 40 hours weekly
Bring professional conflict management, access control, and reporting skills to Ford’s Oakville plant protection team.
