What We Are Looking For
  • Apprentice Level 3 or greater.
  • Experience with residential drains/plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless' s and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset.
  • Experience in sewer CCTV and locating.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units.
  • A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards.
  • Strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.
What Will You Do
  • Complete general and specific plumbing inspections.
  • Promote Right Time products and services on every call.
  • Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customer’s home.
  • Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
  • Contribute to our high standards of health and safety.
  • Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded plumbers.
