Drive impactful technical solutions as a Technical Solutions Specialist with Euna Payments. Engage new clients, analyze technical specifications, and ensure successful solution delivery across platforms.
In this role, you will leverage a minimum of three years' experience in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting. Your expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL will be key in translating business problems into actionable user stories for development. You’ll lead technical status calls, identify risks, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and document technical specifications for new client solutions
• Identify and escalate integration and functionality risks
• Translate client requirements into functional configurations
• Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal user feedback
• Lead technical status calls and report project updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL
• Familiarity with Git workflows and distributed systems
• Experience with AI technologies for technical solutions
• Strong public speaking and client interaction skills
