In your role as a Robotic Spray Operator, you will contribute to the Operations team by confirming that all spray and booth equipment is fully operational each day. You will prepare for robotic spraying and monitor the processes closely, ensuring compliance with safety measures outlined in the Health and Safety Policy. Your expertise in programming robotic equipment will drive efficient and high-quality spray results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure equipment readiness for daily operations
• Verify preparation and proper masking of trucks
• Program robotic equipment from barcode data
• Check and ensure proper spray application
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out safety protocols
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent required
• Experience in paint or robotic processes recommended
• Valid Canadian Driver's License needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn
