This role provides an opportunity for active participation in designing, developing, optimizing, and fine-tuning embedded firmware solutions, contributing significantly to our mission towards sustainable energy solutions.

• Apply your unique skillset in embedded firmware development to spearhead software solutions.
• Design, develop, and refine firmware for microcontrollers, power electronics controllers, and communication interfaces, enhancing system operational efficiency and reliability.
• Implement real-time control algorithms, power management protocols, and safety systems in embedded environments.
• Develop and optimize low-level drivers for ADCs, PWM controllers, CAN bus, Modbus, Ethernet, and other industrial communication protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of firmware including unit testing, integration testing, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Collaborate seamlessly with hardware engineers, system architects, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient progress and robust communication.
• Uphold stringent compliance with specifications, safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262), and customer requirements through expert firmware development, debugging, and validation activities.
• Foster an efficient documentation process including technical specifications, code documentation, and test procedures that align with our high industry and company standards.
• Proactively explore and integrate emerging technologies in embedded systems to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving firmware development landscape.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing embedded firmware for power electronics, renewable energy systems, or automotive applications.
• Proficient in embedded programming languages including C/C++, assembly language, and real-time operating systems.
• Experience with microcontroller platforms.
• Knowledge of power electronics control, motor control, battery management systems, and grid-tie inverter technologies.
