Position: Warehouse Worker /Driver
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Worker & Route Driver to join our Operations team. These vital team members process incoming and outgoing orders while also loading and moving boxed items and wheeled bins.
What You'll Do   Process and manage incoming and outgoing orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system, ensuring all physical assets are accounted for.
Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders; accurately manifest, bundle, and prepare all orders for secure shipment.
Drive a commercial truck when needed, demonstrating safe and efficient driving skills.
What You'll Bring   At least 2 to 3 years of route transportation experience and a good driving record (preferred).
Minimum age 21 with a valid G Class driver's license and proven ability to pass a mandatory background check.
Proven ability to safely lift at least 70 pounds, push/pull bins ranging from 25 to 350 pounds (average weight 170 pounds), and perform sustained physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and climbing.
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
