In this role, you’ll handle everything from receiving and organizing stock to coordinating shipments, assisting clients, and keeping our warehouse neat, safe, and efficient. You’ll also work closely with our sales, installation, and office teams to keep projects on track, resolve challenges, and make sure our customers have what they need, when they need it.

Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role… Inventory & Warehouse Operations- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Accurately record inventory transactions, receipts, adjustments, and stock transfers in Quick Books.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management.
- Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Provide general warehouse support and assist with special projects as required.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or customer pickup.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry and documentation.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Assist with receiving, inventory movements, and stock transfers as needed.
- Assist customers with order pickups, product inquiries, and order status requests.
- Prepare customer quotes and estimates using Quick Books and established company pricing guidelines.
