Job Overview
SSM Health Physical Therapy in South County, MO is seeking a dynamic full‑time lymphedema/cancer rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. Caseload will be a mix of lymphedema and oncology patients, with the expectation to backfill with orthopaedic patients if the specialty caseload is not full. You will be part of the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program, which provides comprehensive education and training for therapists to treat a diverse patient population.
This training must be completed within the first 6–12 months of employment.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties.
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs.
- Complete and maintain required trainings.
- Maintain compliance with government regulations.
- Provide lymphedema and oncology rehabilitation services to improve quality of life.
- Successful completion of educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Physical Therapy.
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
- CPR certified.
- Lymphedema certification/experience required.
- Experience/interest in cancer rehabilitation.
