An opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer to join the Theatre Department at Lorn & Islands Hospital, Oban.
We are seeking a well‑organised and motivated individual with good communication and administrative skills.
22.3 hrs per week
- Hours of work are Monday to Friday
Band 2 (£26,696 - £28,988 pro rata)
The post holder will provide clerical and reception support to Theatre, including referral processing, ordering, telephone and reception duties, maintaining patient records, data input and general administrative tasks.
The ability to prioritise workload, work accurately and maintain confidentiality is essential.
Applicants are required to have the following:- Good general standard of education.
- Minimum of two years’ clerical/administrative experience.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Good keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
