In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising surfacing operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with operational teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will coordinate site activities, manage resources, and promote a strong safety culture. This role involves working outdoors, travelling to sites, and leading teams across a variety of projects. Night shift working is required.
