Sales & Cruise Co-ordinator - The Majestic Line (Scotland) Ltd

For over 20 years, The Majestic Line has been hosting Scottish cruising holidays on the beautiful waters off the West Coast. Our four small cruise ships, designed as beautiful floating hotels, access remote and sheltered anchorages that larger boatscan'treach. Our dedicated crews provide thevery bestin Scottish hospitality.

We’renowlooking for aSales and Cruise Co‑ordinator to join our teamin Oban.

You’llbe the first point of contact for our guests, guiding them from theirinitialenquiry through to their trip and making sure they feel supported at every stage. It’sall about providing a warm, personal service and making sure every guest feels well looked after.

This role sits within a small, supportive team where great customer service really matters. If you enjoy working with people and making a real difference to their experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of The Majestic Line.

Whatyou’llbe doing
  • Answering guest phone calls and emails
  • Managing bookings and any amendments
  • Assisting guests with planning their trip and transport needs
  • Co-ordinate with guests for whole boat charters
  • Sending out pre-cruise information packs
  • Making pre-cruise courtesy calls
  • Handling guest surveys and feedback in a positive and helpful way
  • Keeping systems and recordsaccurateand up to date
  • Liaising with the operations team and crew to keep everything running smoothly
Whatwe’relooking for
  • A genuinelywarm,friendly and patient approach
  • Someone whoenjoys helping peopleand puts guests at ease
  • Strong customer service experience with a real focus on getting things right
  • Patience and understanding, especially when dealing with questions or concerns
  • Goodorganisationand attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using booking systems andCRM systems
  • Confidence working with day-to-day admin and payment systems
  • Reservations or hospitality experience would be desirable.
The role

This is a permanent, full-time role, based in Oban

Hours of work would be Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
