Receptionist – Entry level, Full‑time, Hospitality
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality service to guests
- Handle guest enquiries and answer calls
- Manage daily banking tasks
- Work with hotel booking and CRM systems
- Upsell hotel amenities to enhance guest experience
- Friendly, efficient, and motivated
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Strong phone manner
- Can‑do attitude and quick learning ability
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
