Breedon Group plc in Oban is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure all vehicle maintenance is conducted safely and efficiently. You will lead a team, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and DVSA standards while promoting a supportive and motivated work environment.
The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and supervisory experience in an HGV setting. Breedon offers competitive salary, company pension, and 33 days annual leave.
