Serve Legal is seeking part-time mystery shoppers to perform audits at a range of sites such as supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more. You’ll make a specific purchase and report on the experience, with additional roles focused on customer service standards.
Audits are allocated as nearby batches, and our Area Managers coordinate assignments to fit travel and commitments. Pay is calculated per audit, aligned with a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate.
