Schule Horbach in der Gemeinde Zug sucht ab sofort eine Sozialpädagogin/einen Sozialpädagogen im Internat (80%). Sie begleiten und fördern Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 7 bis 16 Jahren im strukturierten Internatsalltag und gestalten den Alltag aktiv mit.
Sie übernehmen Fallführung, arbeiten eng mit Eltern, gesetzlichen Vertretungen sowie Fachpersonen zusammen und bringen Beziehungsstärke, Struktur und Zuverlässigkeit mit. Nachtpikett- und Wochenenddienste gehören zum Einsatzprofil.
