We are looking for a highly motivated Production Technician who is eager to learn and develop in the optical field onsite in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, open to feedback, and looking to grow their career. We have open roles in the following departments:
Mounting, Surface Operator, Final Inspection, AR Coating, and Lens Analysis. If you are open to light physical labor (frames and lenses for eye glasses) and working with a fantastic team to help people everywhere buy more affordable glasses, we'd love to hear from you!

Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m. (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekends)

Compensation: $17 - $19/hour (based on applicable experience)

• Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders
• Prepping and loading lenses into machines
• Placing of receipted goods into correct locations
• Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues
• Inter-department running

• Strong organizational skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• You are proactive and have a strong ability to identify & problem solve
• Follow instructions and production schedules

• Previous warehousing experience is a bonus!
