• Execute construction general labor duties; learn the business and grow your career.
• Organize, carry, and load heavy job materials (up to 50 lbs); perform set‑up and clean‑up tasks on site.
• Dig and back‑fill trenches/holes.
• Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around home foundations.
• Work exposed to outdoor elements: extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; required for promotion.
