Pay includes a $1,350 weekly minimum guaranteed and a $75k annual minimum for dry van, plus a safety bonus and accessorial pay. Regional drivers have weekly home time, 300–500 mile runs, and 100% no-touch freight with no East Coast routes. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), and paid vacation/orientation.
