Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10-20 years of construction management experience. While metal building experience is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional ready to manage multiple projects and ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor construction progress and address any challenges or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams.
- Facilitate the expansion into General Contracting projects.
- 10-20 years of construction management experience (metal building experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Must reside locally in Ocala, FL.
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.
- Choice of a company-provided truck or a vehicle allowance with a gas card.
