Job Description
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Have an outgoing personality with customers; act as the first contact with customers on the phone and carry‑out items, communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Stand for long periods of time; no chairs available for employees.
