Customer Service Representative (05115)
Job Description
- Receive and process telephone and walk‑in orders.
- Stock ingredients from multiple storage areas—some stored at 32 °F.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and store as requested.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Maintain an outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard and mouse.
- Stand for long periods; no chairs available.
Additional Information
- Scheduled hours: 15–40 hours per week.
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- Shifts typically start around 4 pm and end around 9 pm.
- Weekend and evening position.
- Includes all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
