Compensation and BonusesBase compensation up to $225K annually, before overtime and shift differentials ranging from $100 to $200 per shift. Additional shifts over the normal schedule are paid at $150/hr enjoy a $100K start date bonus and an excellent retention bonus.

- No on-call duties
- 8 weeks PTO, with increases based on tenure and optional overtime
