Neonatology Physician

Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG) is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and energetic Neonatologist to join our expanding team at Advent Health Ocala. This role will lead care in a Level 2 NICU with strong support from in-house neonatal nurse practitioners and seamless access to qua ternary care at Advent Health for Children in Orlando. Located just over an hour northwest of Orlando, Ocala offers a vibrant community, affordable living, and access to Florida s natural beauty ideal for both professional and personal life.

Position Highlights:

• 12-bed Level 2 NICU and Newborn Nursery service
• Approximately 2,500 deliveries per year
• 24/7 in-house NNP support
• Program designed for two full-time neonatologists
• Supported by Advent Health for Children s qua ternary care NICU and dedicated neonatal transport team
• Part of a larger regional network with approximately 15,000 births annually
• Access to experienced pediatric subspecialists

Who We re Looking For:

• Board-certified in Pediatrics
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• A clinician passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centered neonatal care

• Eligible for Florida medical license
