Job Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and driven Technical Trainer for a position based in Ocala, FL. The team is responsible for delivering high‑impact training that empowers customers, employees, and field support personnel to master Lockheed Martin products.

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve technical product training programs.
• Develop and implement training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials, design product demonstrations, and develop course content.
• Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflects product features and new training requirements.
• Coordinate the development of training aids and, when appropriate, utilize trainers with technical expertise and administer tests.

• Experience developing training materials with high attention to detail, quality, and engaging learning experience.
• Comfortable presenting training material in a classroom setting.
• Experience in manufacturing and working with all levels of the organization.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to train other trainers and act as point of contact for the Training Department.
• Ability to interpret relevant technical documents and specifications.
