Do you have a passion for nursing and desire to share this with others entering this critical field? Rasmussen University is currently seeking dynamic Part-Time Adjunct instructors to teach within the Nursing program at our Ocala campus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Teaching lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program as assigned, including campus and off-site clinical partner locations.
- Using effective teaching strategies and multiple techniques; teaching and modeling appropriate learning skills in a diverse student environment.
- Creating high levels of student engagement through activities, community building, and student-centered learning, including the use of live classroom tools for synchronous learning sessions.
- Part-Time flexible campus and clinical-based scheduling, generally 10-15 hours per week/course.
- Competitive hourly rates based on course types and schedule.

- Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
- 1-year clinical experience as an RN required; 2+ years preferred.
- Proof of active RN licensure that has never been encumbered.
- Official transcripts required for each degree earned from an accredited institution.
- Active CPR certification administered by the American Heart Association or The American Red Cross; faculty immunization documentation required.
