Land Surveyor / Field Crew / Party Chief for Ocala/Citrus Springs, Florida — Carter + Clark is the nation’s premier land surveying and engineering firm, providing nationwide service to national and regional production home builders for over 40 years.
We have an immediate long-term field position available for a Field Crew/Party Chief. Experienced crews can average $100,000+ per year! Our work consists of high-volume residential builder services including house staking, form checks, foundation, and final title surveys. Relocation assistance provided.
ResponsibilitiesField duties include house staking, form checks, foundation surveys, and final title surveys for high-volume residential builder projects.
Qualifications- 5+ years minimum of field experience. RPLS or LSIT a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to obtain own robotic equipment and vehicle. GPS is helpful, but not required.
- High integrity, ability to produce quality work, and excellent communication skills.
- Travel to Atlanta (Lawrenceville) for company-paid interview (where necessary) and a week of training.
