Manufacturing Engineer
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑mix, high‑volume circuit card, wiring harness, and electro‑assembly production across multi‑shift facilities.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving process stability, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for circuit card and wiring harness production.
- Lead root‑cause investigations and develop corrective actions to reduce defects and rework.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve on‑time delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or automation enhancements where appropriate.
- Document and standardize work instructions, process parameters, and best‑practice guidelines.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired skills- CCA manufacturing experience in accordance with specification IPC-A-610
- Cable and Harness manufacturing experience in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Ability to work with supply base.
- Detail oriented personality
- Excellent process development and documentation skills. (MS Office)
- Experienced with visual based work instructions (creating and providing feedback)
- Ability to use CAD software (Creo and AutoCAD preferred)
- Leadership experience.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
