Retail Inventory Associate - Driver at WIS International
OverviewWork with a single customer in the home improvement segment, responsibly transporting team members to and from inventory events while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely performance. The role rewards flexibility and consistency with productivity‑based wage increases.
CompensationStarting Wage: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Eligible for a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $2.00 within the first six months, with a maximum increase of $5.00.

- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory accurately.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
- Maintain professionalism while representing WIS and upholding core values of service, pride, integrity, results, innovation, and teamwork.
- Remain reachable and dependable for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional travel.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, MVR check, and other background checks.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation.
- Reliable attendance, strong focus, attention to detail, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- No degree required; experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driver or warehouse work is a plus.
- Military experience and returning workforce candidates are encouraged to apply.
A position that requires frequent standing, walking, and use of both hands for repetitive motions. Frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use of a ladder, and lifting up to 25 lbs. are common. Travel by car and occasional flight with overnight stays may be required.
