Senior Human Services Program Specialist -
This position is fully onsite and requires advanced expertise in the Economic Self-Sufficiency (ESS) program areas. It involves identifying and analyzing complex management problems and developing, recommending, and implementing solutions through a centralized quality management review program. The duties include monitoring program service areas for compliance, identifying deficiencies, making recommendations for program improvements, developing implementation strategies, conducting investigations, and reviewing proposed changes in laws and regulations.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include the ability to organize and manage time, knowledge of public assistance policies and procedures, knowledge of computer software, computer skills, ability to prepare and present information to the public, and training skills.
