• Prepare patients for examinations and document their history
• Support daily clinic operations and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist patients with therapies and provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) guidance
• Greet patients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and front desk coordination
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
• Communicate effectively with the practice manager and chiropractor

• Professional, dependable, and detail oriented
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive, patient‑focused, and eager to help others
• Comfortable using computers and office software

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
