Shift timings: M - F, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM with rotational Saturdays

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, either as part of their health routine or for insights into health decisions.
• The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established practices and procedures.
• The PSR I has direct contact with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence, explaining procedures, and drawing blood specimens skillfully, safely, and accurately.
• The PSR I demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence and maintaining sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Under the supervision of the area supervisor, performs daily activities accurately and timely.
• Maintains a safe and professional environment.
• Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established protocols.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public, demonstrating organizational commitment.

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime based on staffing needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience required.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environments preferred.
• Keyboard data entry experience is mandatory.
