Salary: $85,000.00 - $ (Full-time, 40 hr/week)

Ocala, Florida – The Vines Behavioral Health Hospital, located in picturesque Marion County.

The Vines Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Outpatient Licensed Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Therapists are responsible for conducting therapeutic services for patients. They provide counseling sessions for families, individuals, and groups. Therapists interview and develop psychological history, assess therapeutic needs, develop treatment objectives, and produce weekly treatment summaries. Therapists act as the patient’s primary contact during their stay, advocate with the treatment team, and liaise with outside agencies to coordinate discharge planning.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Interview patients, obtain psychological history, and assess therapeutic needs.
• Develop treatment objectives and weekly treatment summaries.
• Advocate for patients and families within the treatment team.
• Coordinate discharge planning with outside agencies and the treatment team.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of one year direct clinical experience in family, individual, and group therapy with children/adolescents and/or adults. Experience with PTSD or DBT preferred.
• License: Current Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).
• Knowledge of human development across the lifespan and familiarity with treatment modalities for abuse, sexual offending, substance abuse, sexual trauma, vocational, play therapy, art therapy, and relaxation therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
